Judge greenlights DOJ's motion to drop gun case against Salvadoran, accused MS-13 leader

A Virginia judge granted the Justice Department's motion to dismiss its suit against accused MS-13 gang member, Henrry Jose Villatoro Santos, who was arrested in late March.
